It's surprosing but true. 놀랍긴 하지만 뭔가가 사실임을 강조하기 위해서 쓰입니다.

상대방이 모 믿을 것 같은 내용을 말할 때 쓸 수 있습니다. 특히 강세나 리듬을 잘 타줘야 

뉘앙스를 잘 살려야 합니다.
